Rod brings a wealth of unique sports experience which includes over 100 successful triathlon competitions all race distances to the Hawaiian ironman. Coaching is lead by Rod Grace (GC Applied Science - Sports Coaching, Accredited Triathlon Coach) who has coached a broad range of triathletes (including beginners) over the last six years. Swim bike run training sessions run weekly in the St-George & surrounding areas (Oatley & Sydney south side) and incorporate triathlon specific endurance, strength, speed & skills needed for racing.
